It is very important to stay healthy after 60 years. If you fit and your health is very good then it is nice pass the after years of life. Here I suggest tips to stay healthy in the last years of life.
1. Do something like yoga to remain fit and strong. 2. Drink milk daily for strong bones, at senior years most of the people will face large amount of arthritis problems. 3. Sleep well not less than 10 hours each day. 4. Visit your doctor regularly for regular health checkups. 5. Drink enough water and take well balanced diet. catering los angeles |
