Tips for Meditation
Tips for Meditation
Meditation is a simple process of watching your own mind. Do daily in the morning:-
1) Forget your body and feel yourself as soul
2) Chat with yourself like who are you, what are you doing, what you want to be?
3) Then make a conversation with God (Almighty authority) and you will get the power.
You will feel relax

You can use a picture of a saint or Teacher who inspires you. Or just use flowers and a candle. If you meditate in the same place every day it builds up a meditative atmosphere.Yoga opens the body not only at the physical level but also at subtle level, which facilitates movement of energy in the body.When you begin with the clear idea in your mind that the greatest benefits from meditation will accumulate with time, and see it as an ongoing process, you are less likely to give up in frustration.

I have heard that There are so various methods to do mediation. So that I am so worry to experiments on own. I never get it over my stressful mind. I hope that I will concentrate over the mediation as well . I know that It is really very useful .

Meditation should be done daily, and if possible it should be done morning and evening, or before and after work, as appropriate ... When you find yourself with a little time, even a few minutes during the day, sit and meditate. Do not discuss the calm and balance gained through meditation by talking to others.

Meditation cannot be done by thinking.Stretching loosens the muscles and tendons allowing you to sit more comfortably. Additionally, stretching starts the process of “going inward” and brings added attention to the body.

Trying to meditate. If we are hungry while we eat. It's the same with meditation, if we are not satisfied with what we have and want to experience inner peace in ourselves, then we will be motivated to meditate every day. This cry of aspiration or internal is perhaps more important than learning many techniques.
