why we need firewalls?
Firewalls are usually seen as a requirement if you are going to attach your network to other networks, especially the Internet. Unfortunately, some network administrators and managers do not understand the strengths a firewall can offer, resulting in poor product choice, deployment, configuration and management. Like any security technology, firewalls are only effective if the implementation is done properly and there is proper maintenance and response to security events.
Additionally, with the proper deployment of firewalls other security strategies are often much easier to integrate, such as VPNs and IDS systems. So what makes firewalls good, and what can you do to ensure they are used properly? r4 dsi |

RE: why we need firewalls?
Having a firewall is now mandatory. If someone decides to handle your network, it is easy to break into your computer and manipulate the system for their own use.It also controlling the distribution of sensitive information is at the core of your network security policy. In one word, firewall security is necessary for all the enterprise and any device..

RE: why we need firewalls?
It is very needed to attach one network to other network. If you want to remove your computer from network then you can do its settings with the use of Firewalls. You can do it easily but when you want to add your system to network then it will not easily add, because there are sensitive configuration to adjust it.

RE: why we need firewalls?
your own computer is protected against unauthorized use. You do not want an attacker to take to go on any harmful activity they are engaged at the time. The other thing that I want to say you that some network administrators and managers do not understand the benefits of a firewall can provide, resulting in a product of bad choices, deployment, configuration.

RE: why we need firewalls?
We need a Firewall in our System because Firewall 's main working factor is it's Protect our system against the external Network. We must need firewall in our System Connection, if we can't have firewall then our system is not protected against unauthorised things.
