NPD: U.S. video game sales in June fell 6%
According to Vibram Five Fingers reports, market research firm NPD data released Thursday showed that U.S. video game sales in June fell 6%, mainly due to the lack of new games market. However, the game's sales remained stable.
Data show that in June, the U.S. game sales up 5%, to 401.7 million U.S. dollars. Game sales were up around 6%. However, sales of game software fell 15%, to 531.3 million U.S. dollars. Microsoft Xbox(Five Fingers Shoes) 360 sales in June is the best game, followed by Nintendo Wii and Sony PS3. 6 monthly sales the best in the game as Take Two's "A Fistful of Dollars: Redemption", sales of 582,000 copies |
