How to maintain a healthy heart ?
Heart disease is a serious malady and is a number 1 silent killer. Every effort should be made to prevent heart disease.

Take lecithin daily from soya beans. Swallow a pip of garlic every morning and drink a glass of warm water with a teaspoon of lemon juice and honey to reduce blood pressure and ease the strain on the heart. Eat dates to reduce heart palpitation. Eat fresh vegetables salad with 2 tablespoons of cold pressed olive oil regularly to control the cholesterol. Fresh black or red grapes juice prevents heart attacks and averts pain and palpitations. Do exercise at least 30 minutes daily to control weight. Have plenty of rest as it relaxes your body, mind and spirit.

Well, First issue of keep your heart healthy is Reduce fat. A certain amount of fat is good for a well balanced diet but reduce the amount of fat and the type of fat you eat. And Exercise regularly. Because, Exercise is key to maintaining a healthy heart. It helps improve heart function and lowers your blood pressure and cholesterol. And having too much stress affects your health in many ways, not just your heart. Controlling and effectively handling stress can improve a healthy heart.

The points that you have mentioned are perfect.The few matters which I want to add here are:
1)Choose foods low in salt and sodium. Most Americans should consume no more than 2.4 grams (2,400 milligrams) of sodium a day. That equals 6 grams, about one teaspoon of table salt a day. For someone with high blood pressure, the doctor may advise less.
2)If you consume alcohol at all, consume moderate amounts. For men, this is less than two 12 oz servings of beer, or two 5 oz glasses of wine, or two 1 1/2 oz servings of "hard" alcohol a day. Women or lighter weight people should have not more than a single serving of any one of these beverages in a given day.

Nice t share this tips with us. According to me, Exercise is one of the best key to maintaining the healthy heart and also start with raw of fresh fruits and also dry fruits , vegetables etc. I am sure that We will get healthy heart as well . But Also avoid all the smoke , junk food , etc.
